Affordable Housing Development in Montvale

I am happy to announce the release of housing applications for our newest affordable housing development in Montvale. BCUW/Madeline Housing Partners has renovated the old School #2 on East Grand Avenue to create studio and one-bedroom apartments for seniors.
I want to thank the Borough of Montvale, the County of Bergen Division of Community Development, HUD and our development team for making this project possible. Together, we have made it possible for older adults to live easily and comfortably in an age-friendly community that promotes health and wellness.
Building these Very Special Homes is our passion.
The application can be downloaded from our website (see link above) and will be accepted until the close of business on Friday, May 18th. Feel free to distribute copies to your family, friends and clients.
Warm Regards,
Tom Toronto
