Seniorcize - Low Impact Exercise for Oradell Seniors

This low impact class is designed specifically for the older adult.  Have fun and move to the music with a variety of exercises inended to alternate between cardio and resistance training.  This class will help strengthen major muscle groups, improve balance, posture and coordination.  A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Seniorcize is offered at no charge to all Oradell seniors at the  Senior Center/VFW (1 Veterans Plaza, Oradell, NJ) on Mondays from 12:30 - 1:15 pm and Fridays from 10:30 - 11:15 am.

* All participants are required to wear sneakers (or rubber-soled shoes).  NO heels.
